1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. References to the singular include the plural, and vice versa, unless the context requires otherwise.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the mex389 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet all conditions listed below at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. mex389 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any person found to be under 21 years of age will have their account suspended immediately and all funds held pending investigation.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by mex389 or by any recognized responsible gaming authority.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. Each account must be registered and used solely by the individual whose personal information is provided during registration.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, or agent of mex389, or an immediate family member of such a person, where such relationship creates a conflict of interest with fair participation on the platform.
• You must access the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate any local, regional, or national laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your location before registering.

mex389 reserves the right to request documentation confirming eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any account that cannot satisfactorily demonstrate compliance with these requirements.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of mex389 services, users are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires the submission of accurate, complete, and current personal information. mex389 will rely on the information provided to verify identity, process payments, and deliver services.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the mex389 platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing restrictions, or any other reason — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. mex389 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, withhold associated funds, and permanently ban any user found to have violated this rule.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. In the event that you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify mex389 support immediately at [email protected]. mex389 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

mex389 operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are authorized or at any other time as determined by our compliance team:

• Government-issued photo identification (national identity card / KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of BCA / BRI / BNI / Mandiri account)

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account access restrictions and may lead to account closure.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your mex389 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements attached to bonus funds will be assessed and any non-compliant bonus balances forfeited. Real-money balances remaining after assessment will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard processing times.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the mex389 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). mex389 supports a range of local payment methods to facilitate fast and secure deposits and withdrawals for Indonesian players.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mex389 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single deposit amount is Rp 100.000.000, subject to the limits applicable to your chosen payment method. Deposits are generally processed instantly during banking hours; delays may occur during off-peak hours or on public holidays.

mex389 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as your mex389 account. Deposits made from third-party sources will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where otherwise approved by our finance team for verified operational reasons.

Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 hours during business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, Monday through Friday). Requests submitted outside of business hours or on Indonesian public holidays may take up to 24 hours to process. First-time withdrawals may require additional KYC verification before funds are released.

mex389 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, the player will be notified and requested to provide supporting documentation.

4.4 Transaction Fees

mex389 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are entirely outs ide the control of mex389. We recommend checking your provider's fee schedule before initiating a transaction.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

mex389 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. mex389 reserves the right to determine eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in all gameplay unless the specific bonus terms indicate otherwise.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, as specified per promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games, sports betting, and togel (Toto Gelap, Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — refer to the individual promotion page for the applicable game contribution table.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is satisfied.
• mex389 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus as described on the current promotions page. The welcome bonus is a one-time offer and cannot be combined with any other first-deposit promotion. Players who have previously held an account with mex389 under a different name or payment method are not eligible for the welcome bonus.

5.3 Cashback & Reload Promotions

Periodic cashback and reload bonuses are offered to active players at mex389's discretion. These promotions may be time-limited and are subject to individual eligibility criteria. Players will be notified of applicable promotions via their registered contact method. Cashback is typically calculated as a percentage of net losses over a specified period and credited as bonus funds subject to the stated wagering requirement.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

mex389 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or risk-free bets with the intent to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, using automated betting software, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, mex389 reserves the right to void all bonus winnings, recover bonus amounts from the player's real-money balance, and permanently close the associated account.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games and betting markets available on the mex389 platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or product section. Players are responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable rules before placing any bet or wager. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all products:

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games offered on mex389 are sourced from internationally licensed and independently audited studios, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. 6.4 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, system error, or connectivity disruption during an active game session, mex389 will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a verified technical fault on mex389's infrastructure, the wager for that round will be refunded to the player's account balance. mex389 is not liable for failures caused by the player's own hardware, software, or internet connection.

7 Responsible Gaming

mex389 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. We recognize that while gaming is a form of entertainment, it can pose risks for vulnerable individuals. The following tools and policies are in place to support player wellbeing:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when they have been actively playing for a specified period of time.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mex389 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate legal authorities where warranted:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or any subsequent KYC process
• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the platform or manipulate game outcomes
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of organized cheating in sports betting or live casino games
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any transaction that obscures the origin or destination of funds
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to operate your account
• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content from the mex389 platform without prior written authorization
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward mex389 staff or other players

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the mex389 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and any other materials — is the exclusive property of mex389 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to: copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any platform content; reverse-engineer any software component of the platform; or use mex389's brand assets in any manner without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of mex389 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mex389 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the platform or its services.

mex389's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mex389 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

mex389 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all registered players. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You retain the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations applicable to our operations.

mex389 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, fraud detection services, and regulatory bodies as required for the legitimate operation of the platform.

12 Amendments

mex389 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavor to notify registered players via their registered contact method at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operations.

mex389 operates under an internationally issued gaming license and applies internationally accepted standards of fair play, data protection, and financial compliance. Players accessing the platform from Indonesia do so at their own discretion and are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform is consistent with applicable Indonesian law.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team may be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
